14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with GrindGuard Solo or Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@grindguard.com
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Let us know the reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Account page
  • Click "Manage subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to cancel

When you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

What's Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Renewal charges (you can cancel before renewal)
  • Previous refunds on the same account
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days. After 14 days, you may cancel but the remaining balance is not refundable. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
